Over the past six months, Black Pine has progressed across three key workstreams:
Engineering & Technical: Feasibility-level engineering is progressing across mine planning, heap leach and infrastructure design and other technical work required to advance the project.
Permitting: Black Pine is a FAST-41 Covered Project and has entered the formal NEPA review process. Initial public scoping has been completed, and the published FAST-41 schedule currently targets January 5, 2028 for issuance of the lead agency Record of Decision under a coordinated federal and State of Idaho permitting schedule.
2026 Drill Program: Drilling is underway to strengthen confidence in the initial years of the mine plan, support resource growth, and provide engineering and permitting data as Black Pine advances toward a construction decision.
Together, these workstreams are advancing Black Pine toward its next major technical milestone, the Feasibility Study.
