Tony Reda, Founder, President, CEO & Director of Tectonic Metals Inc., joins Steve Yang of Natural Resource Stocks to discuss the Flat Gold Project in southwest Alaska.
Tectonic is running an aggressive five-rig drill campaign as it advances Chicken Mountain toward a maiden mineral resource while continuing discovery and expansion drilling at Black Creek. Tony explains why the company believes Flat could represent a larger multi-deposit gold district, with six prospective intrusion-related targets across the property.
The interview also covers Tectonic's institutional shareholder base, its more than C$92 million 2026 financing, the team's Kaminak Gold track record, permitting potential and why major producers increasingly need large-scale deposits.
At Black Creek, Tectonic recently reported 5.09 g/t Au over 21.34 metres, including 17.34 g/t Au over 6.10 metres, strengthening the company's view that a second gold centre may be emerging about six kilometres from Chicken Mountain.
Tony also explains why historic placer production, gold in soils, rocks, trenching and drilling all point toward a fertile mineralized system at Flat — summed up by his statement: “the best indicator of gold is gold itself.”
