Is the dollar going to be replaced as a global currency? Not in our lifetime
Former fund trader Rick Quinn and Andy Millette discussed how the U.S. Dollar is here to stay and will not be replaced during our lifetime. Rick argues that debt and currency are the same, the higher the fed raises rates, the more dollar demand will be produced and the world will demand more US Dollars. Rick believes (and backs it up with emperical data) that as the FED raises interests rates, they are actually raises prices, because the price of debt has been raised.
