Andy Millette of Natural Resource Stocks sits down with Matt Filgate, President and CEO of GreenLight Metals, for an update on the company’s Bend copper-gold VMS Project in Wisconsin.

Filgate discusses the latest Bend drilling, including hole B26-009W, which returned 52.18 metres of 1.12 grams per tonne gold and 1.28 percent copper equivalent, including 10.82 metres of 2.49 grams per tonne gold and 2.75 percent copper equivalent. Hole B26-011 also returned 18.75 metres of 1.52 percent copper equivalent, including 10.07 metres of 2.12 percent copper equivalent.

The conversation examines how these step-out results are extending mineralization down-dip and along strike as GreenLight works toward a maiden mineral resource estimate targeted for early 2027. Matt also explains the company’s outlook for copper demand from data centers, grid expansion, electric infrastructure and broader industrial development.

The discussion covers the Bend Project’s FAST-41 Transparency status, which provides public tracking of federal review and authorization milestones but does not replace regulatory requirements or guarantee permit approval.

Matt also reviews GreenLight’s capital structure, its C$11.5 million financing, upcoming Wisconsin exploration plans and the binding term sheet with Barrick for a proposed staged earn-in and joint venture at the Kalium Canyon gold project in Nevada. Barrick may earn up to an 80 percent project interest by completing the specified investment stages, including a pre-feasibility study.
